Kate Scully, MA, CCC-A

Kate Scully, M.A.,CCC-A received her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The George Washington University in 2002. She then worked with children with autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome and auditory processing disorders at the Spectrum Center in Bethesda, MD, before returning to her home state of Massachusetts to obtain her graduate degree in audiology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2005. 

During graduate school, Ms. Scully completed clinical practicums at UMASS Memorial Rehab Group in Worcester, MA, ENT Associates of Springfield, MA, Mercy Hospital of Springfield, MA and the Connecticut Regional Educational Council of Wethersfield, CT.

After obtaining her graduate degree she went on to complete a post-master's clinical fellowship year in the Department of Otolaryngology at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor.  During this time she completed rotations in various specialties of audiology including hearing aid dispensary, cochlear implants, vestibular testing, intraoperative monitoring, electrophysiology, pediatrics, and newborn hearing screening.

Ms. Scully is licensed by the Maryland Board of Examiners for Audiologists. She is also nationally certified by the American Speech-Language Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
